Once we identify each candidate's skill traits we are then able to match them with  Employers that are contracted with Viribus Staffing. 

It is our number one goal to ensure that all candidates possess the right amount of on-the-job training, have experience, can meet all requirements that are being requested and is able to perform all job duties that are required, before being placed with an employer.

All Employers and Employees are required to meet in person or via zoom prior to their initial start date, to ensure the perfect placement for all parties involved. 

Here at Viribus Staffing all candidates that are brought on and hired by Viribus Staffing LLC undergo background checks and are required to provide all necessary documents showing a "Current" H1A and H2B Visa status along with valid identification and any other requested documentation at the time of hire.
